What is your return policy?
If you don't love something that was purchased in store or online, we will happily accept returns within 14 days for a store credit or exchange. Damaged or worn items may not be returned.
All SALE items are final sale.
How do I return an online order?
If you shopped online and need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions on how to return any item(s) from your order. Return shipping costs and other incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
What is your shipping policy?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).
All domestic Rouze packages are shipped via UPS and we offer two different shipping options for delivery within the United States. Please note, at this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.
